Our technicians are factory trained professionals with years of experience dealing with all makes and models of dock levelers. If we can fix it we will, if it is broken beyond repair we'll tell you and explain why. Generally, if there is no structural damage to a unit and parts for the main lifting assembly are still available, a unit can be repaired for less than purchasing a new dock.
